Shipping policy

We offer free local pick-up in Montreal. If you would like to arrange to collect your order locally, choose the pick up tab at checkout (see picture).

Orders are ready to be picked-up on week days between 10 am and 3 pm only. You will receive an email with instructions after your order is confirmed and ready to pick-up.

For all other orders, we ship within 1-3 business days via Canada Post. We reserve the right to consider other courier options. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
